All modelling is carried out by Alex Housego, an experienced London-based real estate analyst with advanced financial modelling skills, formerly employed in the Transactions team at AXA IM - Real Assets. Alex has a wide range of expertise in modelling complex investment and development deals, both in the UK and continental Europe, covering all real estate asset classes including offices, industrial, retail, residential, mixed-use, student housing, hotels and more. He holds an MSc in Real Estate (with Merit) from the University of Reading. His CV is available upon request.
